Full-Scale Construction
General contracting is not just about construction or renovation; it’s a complex project that spans from the inception of an idea to its realization. With me, design and construction go hand in hand, ensuring a seamless process and excellent end results. There are essentially six steps that lead to this.
1. Consultation and Planning with the Client
The first step is to thoroughly discuss the client’s needs and expectations to create a project plan that perfectly aligns with their vision and budget.
2. Permits and Approvals
It’s my responsibility to ensure all necessary permits are obtained and manage the approval process, so the initial steps of our collaboration can start smoothly.
3. Procurement and Orders
My tasks include sourcing the right materials and services, reaching out to subcontractors, and contracting with them to ensure the project progresses smoothly and with high quality.
4. Execution and Construction
During construction or renovation, I coordinate all activities and oversee the work of subcontractors to ensure everything progresses according to plan.
5. Quality Control and Inspections
I conduct regular inspections during construction to ensure excellent quality and a hassle-free execution.
6. Completion and Handover
After completing the work, I review the project’s performance and hand over the finished areas to the client for maximum satisfaction.
However, these are just basic steps because, as a general contractor, I understand that every project is unique. Therefore, I adapt flexibly to the specific situation and needs. My goal is to take every aspect of the project into account, relieving clients of any burdens.
Clients don’t need to worry about obtaining permits, ordering materials, or supervising subcontractors. However, it’s important for me to closely collaborate with clients and all involved contractors throughout every stage of the implementation to ensure a successful project and everyone’s satisfaction with the results.
